Street art in San Nicolas, half an hour from the cruise port
If your ship is docked in Oranjestad, you are roughly a 30-minute drive from San Nicolas, the town Forbes called the street art capital of the Caribbean. The murals here were painted during the Aruba Art Fair by artists from across the island and around the world, and the district is walkable.
Our standard tour runs two hours, which leaves comfortable margin on a typical cruise call.
Which tour fits a cruise day
Morning Tour – 9:30 AM, 2 hours, from $30
The simplest option for an early docking. You walk the murals with a local guide who knows the artists and the stories behind the walls, and finish at the ArtisA gallery.
Morning Tour and a Ride – 9:30 AM, from $45
The same tour with pickup included. Pickup runs 45 minutes before the tour starts, so you do not need to arrange your own transport.
Afternoon Tour – 4:30 PM, 2 hours, from $30
Better light for photographs, and a good fit if your ship leaves late or your morning is already booked.
Morning Tour and Baby Beach – 9:00 AM pickup, 6.5 hours, from $75
Murals in the morning, then Baby Beach on the island’s southern tip. Check this one against your all-aboard time before booking.
