Aruba Mural Tours runs small-group walks through San Nicolas, the street-art capital of the Caribbean, with local guides and more than 70 murals. Guests love it, and your concierge desk is where they decide what to do tomorrow. This programme is simple: you recommend, we run the tour, and you earn 10% to 25% of what the guest pays.

Sending guests

Three easy ways to book a guest

1 · Book it yourself in your page

Sign in at arubamuraltours.com/partners and tap Book a guest yourself. Pick the tour, choose the date, fill in your guest’s details and pay or send the guest to pay. Your code is applied for you. Fastest way. You see the booking in your list straight away.

2 · Your code, link or QR

Give the guest your personal code, your link or your QR (all on your partner page). They book on arubamuraltours.com and enter the code at checkout, or just use your link and it fills in for them. Tracked automatically.

3 · Hand them your card

Guests who prefer to decide later scan your QR or use your link on their own phone. It counts for you. Without your code or link, we cannot credit the booking.
Please do not book by WhatsApp. Bookings made through your page or code are credited to you automatically and show in your list. Use WhatsApp for questions only.
Tip: put your QR where guests look anyway: your desk, the lobby screen, the activities folder.

From guest to payment

1

The guest books

You book it in your page, or they use your code or link. You see it in your portal as soon as it is made.
2

They pay

Online by card, or at the gallery. The booking shows as “Paid, tour coming up”. The commission appears under Coming soon.
3

The tour runs

Our guide takes the guests on the walk. Hotel pick-up where the tour includes it.
4

We mark it completed

The booking turns to “Tour completed”. Your commission moves into We owe you now.
5

We pay you at month-end

One bank transfer for everything completed in the month, at the rate you reached.
Commission is earned when the tour is completed. If a booking is cancelled or refunded, it is not counted. A guest who does not come is also not counted as completed.

What the labels mean

Tour completed – counts now. It is in We owe you now.
Paid, tour coming up – paid. Counts once the tour has run.
Awaiting payment – booked, not paid yet.
Cancelled – does not count.

A guest booked with your code and it is missing? WhatsApp us the guest name and tour date: +297 593 4475. We check and add it.

Add your bank details

We pay once a month, at the end of the month, by bank transfer. To pay you, we need your details once.

You will get a confirmation email.

Your details are safe

Stored encrypted. Only the Aruba Mural Tours accounts team can see them. After you save, your page shows only the last four digits. We email you every time details change. If you did not make the change, reply at once. We will never ask for your password or card PIN.
No bank details yet? Your earnings are safe in your account. We pay as soon as you add them.
Good to know

Questions we hear

Your choice. When you add bank details, pick “Me” or “My hotel or company”. If your hotel has a policy on commissions, check with your manager first.
If you booked in your page, nothing is lost. If a guest booked without your code, WhatsApp us your name, the guest name and the tour date soon after, and we check and add it.
When the tour is completed. Before that it shows as Coming soon in your page.
We count your guests in the month of their tour, once the booking is paid. 0 to 9 guests: 10%. 10 to 19: 15%. 20 to 24: 20%. 25 or more: 25%. The rate applies to all that month’s bookings. Cancelled bookings do not count.
Yes, and we prefer it. Use Book a guest yourself in your page. Please do not book through WhatsApp.
No tour, no commission. The booking shows as Cancelled.
The guest’s code decides. If a booking was added by hand, we credit the partner who sent it to us.
Bank details: change them yourself in your page. Anything else: WhatsApp or email us.

You do not need a long pitch. Try one of these.
“Want something that is not the beach? A local guide walks you through San Nicolas. It is full of giant murals and great for photos.”
“It is a small group, about two hours, easy and flat. We can even arrange the pick-up from your hotel.”
“Rainy or too hot for the beach? This is the best backup plan on the island.”
